Air Fryer Fried Breakfast

Air Fryer Fried breakfast in the basket. Fork in tasty food

This delicious fully loaded air fryer fried breakfast is so easy to make.

Simply add all of your favourite breakfast ingredients on top of a layer of chunky chips, fries or hash browns.

Ingredients

– 500g of chunky chips

– 1 baked beans approx. 425g can

– 6 chipolatas

– 1 Egg

– 100g grated cheese (use more or less to suit your own taste)

– chives (only as a garnish)

Addons and alternatives

– hash browns instead of the chunky chips (part pre-cook them in the air frier).

– crispy bacon bits (pre-cooked ad broken into pieces)

– mushrooms and/or black pudding slices (part pre-cooked beforehand in air fryer for 4 minutes)

How to make the Air Fryer Fried Breakfast

Add 500g of chunky chips to your air-fryer basket

Add 500g of chunky chips to your air-fryer basket and air fry at 200C for around 15 – 20 mins or until they are golden

Cover the cooked chips with a standard size can of baked beans

Add 6 sliced chipolatas and if you wish, part pre-cooked mushrooms (190 degrees for 6 minutes)

Add 6 part pre-cooked sliced chipolata sausages. If you wish, you can also add part pre-cooked mushrooms (190 degrees for 6 minutes)

Mix these well in the beans

Crack and add an egg

Crack the egg onto the baked beans and sausage mix

Cover with a handful of cheese (covering the egg with cheese will stop it over cooking)
